No Refunds for Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted or the product has been downloaded, except where required by law.

Exceptions

If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the matter:

• You receive the wrong file
• Your file is corrupted or incomplete
• You are unable to access your download due to a technical issue on our side
